Plan Options

2025–2026 Dining Plans

Our dining plans offer convenience, variety, and savings to enhance your campus experience. We provide options for resident students, commuters, faculty, and staff. Looking for a quick take-out option? We now offer one-time purchase reusable to-go containers. Resident meal plans also include Flex Dollars, which can be used at Devil’s Den, Starbucks, and the new Central Market coming soon to Willard-DiLoretto.

Central Eats has crafted specialty meal plans to meet your dining needs. Meal swipes provide access to our Memorial Hall and Hilltop dining locations. Flex Dollars can be used at our retail locations, including Devil’s Den, Starbucks, and Central Market. Blue Chip Dollars function as campus currency and can be used at any of our dining locations. To switch your meal plan or learn how to purchase one, visit your MyHousing portal through ResLife or email reslife@ccsu.edu.

All students living on campus are required to have a resident meal plan. First-year students must choose either the Blue Devil Essential or Blue Devil Essential Plus plan. Transfer students and upperclassmen may choose from any of the available resident meal plan options.

Blue Devil Value - $2039

  • 10 Meal Swipes per week
  • $400 Flex Dollars

Blue Devil Basic - $1543

  • 75 Meal Swipes per semester
  • $600 Flex Dollars

Flex Dollars expire at the end of each semester; they will not roll over into the following semester.

Fees for Full-Time Students

The following are offered to Commuters, Faculty & Staff ONLY

25 meal Swipes $284 per semester at our all you care to eat dining locations

50 Meal Swipes $534 per semester at our all you care to eat dining locations

Commuters may also choose from any of the Residential packages as well.

Flex Dollars are tax-exempt funds loaded onto your Central ID Card and are valid only at on-campus retail dining locations, including Devil’s Den, Starbucks, and the new Central Market at Willard-DiLoretto. Flex Dollars are included with resident meal plans, added at the beginning of each semester, and cannot be reloaded. They expire at the end of the semester and do not roll over from fall to spring.
